By booking a consultation with Hana Hajkova you agree to the terms listed below.
Booking O P I am in the UK so your time will be booked according to UK time zone. If you are from outside UK, please make sure the time you would like to book with me is convenient for you. I speak English, Czech and Slovak so having an appointment in any of these languages is fine with me.
Cancellation O Please give 24 hours notice of cancellation of your consultation. I often have a waiting list for last minute consultations so please give me as much notice as possible so I can rebook the slot.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours will be charged.
Consultation O The consultation will take place at the time indicated. If you are late at the meeting, we will still have to finish at the designated time so that I am ready for my next client. You will be charged the full consultation rate.
For video consultation, I will send you a link to join the video meeting. If for any reason it does not work, we will find another way to communicate. Please, check your emails before your consultation is about to begin. Do not forget to check your spam folder in case my email will end up there. In case of any questions prior the consultation, please let me know.
I would also ask you to dedicate the time given to yourself and your concerns. Interruptions during the consultation might be disruptive to both of us. Sitting in a room where you can have privacy is much recommended.
I might ask for more information or photographs and we can discuss this during your consultation. This will help me find the right remedy. I might also ask for email updates in-between consultations if needed.
Dispensing of your remedy/ies O I You will be given your remedy/ies after our consultation. In case of remedy/ies I will not have at hand, you will be provided with contact of where to purchase them. You can purchase the remedy/ies from other sources if you have them.
First aid prescribing O We will discuss taking other remedies during your treatment. First aid consultations (Acute) can also be booked in between consultations if you have an acute symptoms you need help with.
Homoeopathy O Homoeopathy is not there instead of Accident and Emergency Care. If you need emergency health care, please contact your GP, Specialist or Emergency Services.
Homeopathy works well alongside general healthcare programs and medications. You will not be asked to come off any of your medications during your treatment. That is a discussion between you and your Doctor. If you feel you have improved enough to alter your medications, then you may be asked to go for additional health checks to ascertain if this is advisable. Again, this is between you and your GP/Specialist.
Emergency Service I I do not and cannot provide an emergency service. If you need emergency care, please contact the emergency services.
Confidentiality I I will not share your details with anyone. Everything discussed at each consultation is confidential and will not be discussed with anyone else unless I have your specific instruction to discuss your information with other health professionals. Written consent should be obtained from you. I am registered and abide by data protection laws in the UK.
Health notes I I am required by law to keep your consultation notes for 7 years. These will not be shared with anyone unless the law requires it for the protection of life.
Code of Conduct O I abide by the homoeopathic Code of Ethics.
Payment O I will send you an invoice through to you before the consultation. You can choose to pay by bank transfer or Pay Pal. Please settle your invoice within 24 hours prior the consultation.
Technology O I use Skype and WhatsApp. I use email for communication in between consultations.
